What do you get with miniIRIS?

  • Increased accuracy of the diagnosis
    With filters, you can extract information that is not visible on the original images captured by the device.
    Depending on the type of imaging tissue, imaging mode and imaging devices, different filter settings are used to best extract relevant information.
    It is recommended that the operator be familiar with experimenting with filtering effects.
  • Security of collected data
    Database archiving protects you from accidental loss in the event of a failure. The Archiver allows you to make a copy of the database and the captured medical data. Copies of the above files will be saved at the location indicated by the user on the local disk or local network and (optionally) on the CD / DVD.
  • More efficient working time
    With the ability to search the database in the patient directory, there is no need to enter patient data at every visit.By reporting each visit to the system, it will be easier to monitor changes.

Recording diagnostic images as photos and video:

Registering diagnostic images as photographs and videos e.g.: from the endoscope, microscope, videocolposcope, slit lamp, ultrasound:

  • Saving and reading images in various formats (TIFF, JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF),
  • Saving a video sequence on a computer’s hard drive and then editing selected frames
  • Control – with the help of the foot switch – of medical devices or digital cameras placed in optical pathways of e.g.: slit lamp, fundus camera, videocolposcope, hysteroscope, colposcope, ultrasound, etc.
  • Reviewing and analyzing images at the review stations (in the consultation cabinet) independently of the device (in the examination room)

DICOM, HL7 – are the standards for electronic medical information sharing. By using IRIS software you can exchange results with HIS hospital systems.

Digital camera operation module (CANON)

enables setting chosen parameters of the camera directly in the miniIRIS application and then taking an image and saving it in selected patient’s records

enables setting of selected digital camera parameters directly in the miniIRIS software
